-Management experience in a global organization (5yrs +)
-Financial skills to manage the budget of IT in India
-Experience in running service delivery based on global standard processes (ITIL)
- Experience in setting up an efficient IT infrastructure & Handling a Team in IT dept.
-Knowledge in understanding about the Business Alignment

Must be excellent in the Architecting, Planning and deploying IT Infrastructure Devp & Network Admin
across all site locations Proficient in *planning, setup, implementation, and managing technology operations* across
*Profile :-*
-Good People management skill to lead a team of 6-7 person
-Will be a member of India Leadership Team(Executive Committee) and Interact with
Senior Management (GM’s & CFO’s)
-Consult business units to improve value generated through IT
-Fully Responsible and accountable for IT operations and Budget in India
-Working in Global IT team and enforcing roll-out of global and regional standards to India
IT compliance and security , service delivery based on regional and global standards
including the IT infrastructure and also for India specification applications eg Ramco
* JOB-PROFILE:-*
· Architecting, Planning and deploying IT infrastructure across all site locations.
· Management of entire network infrastructure and operations, effective helpdesk and maintaining high
application uptime.
· Technical assessment and introducing of better technologies, services and products.
· Coordination with external service providers / vendors in improving the services through regular review meets and change managements
· Leading a team of 6-7 members for providing technical and functional assistance
· Planning and preparing periodic IT projections / budgets and MIS reports for improvements
· Setting monthly KRAs and annually appraising the team members based on their achievements.
· Project management for new and existing network optimization and implementation.
· Undertaking of IT Asset management & Change Management.
· Managing cross-department requirements and ensuring delivery of time bound requests
· Ensure documentation of all activities & procedures adhering to organization’s standards.
