Our client a reputed financial services company has retained our services to identify a “Head – HR” to be based in Mumbai.
Interested candidates should be a MBA from a reputed business school. They should have an experience of between 10 to 12 years in Recruitment and Retention, strategy and policy formulation and developmental HR preferably from the financial services sector.
Salary will be the best in the industry and will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
