Requirement Details:
1. Payment Architect Skills Required: • Excellent understanding of the payments domain including global credit card processing, bank transfers and ACH (Bank Transfers). • Experienced with architecting and designing for high volume, high throughput, and online transaction processing e-commerce systems. • Familiarity and demonstrable experience with industry standard web/ecommerce architecture standards and infrastructure including SOA, workflow systems, enterprise messaging • Excellent HANDS ON experience in C/C++ in Unix environment, SQL and any major database familiarity, OOD, design patterns etc. • Strong communication and presentation skills – able to articulate architectural vision and ability to build consensus on complex architectural proposals. • Good negotiator. • Highly organized and able to track personal and team deliverables in a predictable and consistent fashion. • Mentor and lead high performance technical teams • Excellent in problem solving , Good analytical skills and design knowledge and patterns

Front end Web Architect Skills Required: • The candidate will be experienced in architecting, designing and developing web based applications, • Experience designing and implementing Web 2.0 technologies including Dynamic HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, Lazlo, FLEX, and Flash. Actual coding experience is required; General understanding of these technologies and how they can be utilized to implement extremely usable web applications/sites is a must. • Experience in working with heavy traffic web sites, good understanding of page loading and performance impacts. • Designing and implementing experience in HTML, XHTML JavaScript, DHTML, CSS, XSL/XSLT, and SOAP, JSP, JSF, Ajax, Spring / Struts or any MVC framework, XML technologies such as XSLT, XPATH, XML, XSL, DTD, XSD, Parsers, Transformers, Bindings, etc • Knowledge and exposure to web deployment architecture including Web container/server configuration, load balancing, clustering and fail over • Knowledge of cross-browser, cross-platform, and design constraints on the web • Knowledge of secure coding practices and understanding of security vulnerabilities • Familiarity with UML.and design patterns • Familiarity with C++, CGI, Web containers. • Deep understanding of Java and Object Oriented Design concepts. A detailed understanding of front end design patterns (MVC) and best practices is a must. • Experience with Application and Web servers (WebSphere, Apache, WebLogic etc) • Experience with IDEs (WSAD, Eclipse, IntelliJ, etc.) • Experience with a Version Control system – Subversion, CVS, Perforce, Clearcase, Safe Source, etc • Experience in integrating web application with backend. • Familiarity with C++ build tool, Java build tools like Ant, Maven • Experience with browser technologies including Internet Explorer 5.x extensions • Architecting and implementing SOA (service-oriented architecture) and ESB (enterprise service bus) solutions will be desirable __________________________________________________________ 3. Mobile Architect Mandatory Skills: • Experience in the design and development of enterprise applications in the financial/mobile domain. • Experience as an architect – “inception-to-delivery” of any mobile technology projects (J2ME/iPhone/Android). • Expertise in Unified Modeling Language (UML). • Excellent coding skills in C++/Java/J2ME & web services. • Have strong understanding of various architectural patterns. • Expertise in Quality Assurance processes. • Should posses excellent inter personal and communication skills. • Knowledge of SMS/WAP/Mobile web application development • Knowledge of SSL/PKI related technologies
Desired Skills: • Knowledge of any of the UNIX flavors. • Knowledge of batch processing/SCM/build engineering • Active member of mobile architecture/payments forums • Have been a product owner for at least 2 projects/products. __________________________________________________________ 4. C++ Application Core Services (Components) Architect Skills Required: • Has specialized Applications Infrastructure (Core Services / Components) experience like Networking / Messaging/Database/Data Access/Logging/Security • Indepth experience in using data structures and developing complex algorithms • Excellent in C/C++ in UNIX environment (IPC, Sockets, Semaphores, Memory/Timer/Process Management), OOD, Proficient in using debugging tools • Excellent in problem solving, good analytical skills and design knowledge and patterns • Excellent interpersonal communication capabilities • Has minimum 8-12 years experience in the relevant fields • Scripting knowledge/experience required __________________________________________________________ 5. WEB Application Security Architect Skills Required: • Should have architected at least 2 large enterprise level J2EE applications • Designed & Developed Web Application(s) under secure software development practices • Have done threat modeling and involved in all SDLC phases of s/w development guiding the development team in securing the application and following best practices of Application security • Well aware of the OWASP top ten, SANS Top 20 AND current application related vulnerabilities, web application security holes and how to mitigate and provide resolution. • Have done vulnerability assessment of an application and secure code reviews primarily manual checks. • Have been part of Design, Development & Deployment of Web Applications from IS & AS perspective • Provided Design & Development specific solutions to thwart mainly Web Application Security Threats (Web Application Threats from 1998 to till date only counted) • Has extensive knowledge of Cryptography, PKI, Digital Signatures, Authentication mechanisms, modes types and implemented & worked from a programming perspective. and not from an “Administration” perspective • Excellent in Java, Enterprise Java, C/C++(preferable) in Unix environment, OOD, Proficient in using debugging tools • Knowledge of RDBMS (preferably Oracle) desirable • Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills • Excellent in problem solving , Good analytical skills and design knowledge and patterns
