Head – PMS – Operations

Our client, one of the top Mutual Fund Companies in our country has retained our services to identify candidates for a position of “Head – PMS Operations” to be based at Mumbai.

Interested candidates should be CAs / MBAs having 8 – 10 years of experience working in a mutual fund, broking or a wealth management company.

The role will include: • Supervising overall functioning of PMS Operations. • Handling PMS audits and resolve audit queries for satisfactory reports. • Coordinating with auditors to ensure compilation and certification of yearly audited statements to be sent to PMS clients. • Preparing MIS to be sent to SEBI as monthly and half yearly reports. • Handling requests related to software upgrades and getting the same developed through vendors. • Handling client queries and ensuring satisfactory resolution of client grievances.
