- Skills in Key Quality Management Functions – Hands on knowledge in Castings or Forgings – Hands on knowledge in engineering components like Bearings, Seals and Fasteners – Should be familiar with concepts like APQP, PFMEA, SPC, PPAP – Should be familiar with problem solving & analytical tools – Should be a specialist in Stamping & Welding – Banjo experience is a Plus – Should be familiar with problem solving & analytical tools – Experience in Axle and Axle related parts, is an added advantage – Should have relevant work experience in automotive field. – Should be willing to travel and work with suppliers (from supplier selection to PPAP) – Should have excellent communication skills – Should know Quality Systems (ISO / TS – 16949), Six Sigma, APQP / PPAP – Should have exposure to Oracle, Plexus, Inspection – Dimensional, Inspection Metallurgy – Should have Engineering & Mfg. Process Knowledge
