JOB TITLE: Proposal Writer/Manager

THE DEPARTMENT : Business Development

POSITION :Manager / Sr. Manager

LOCATION: Mumbai * JOB DESCRIPTION

Prepare customized proposals, responses to formal Requests for Proposals (RFP), presentations and any written requests for information for our Business Development Team. Interpret, clarify, capture, and incorporates instructions into the response; gain consensus and commitment from team members on responsibilities, deliverables, and milestones; effectively communicate the proposal development plan. The Proposal Writer must quickly grasp complex business concepts and effectively articulate service offerings to external audiences. The preferred candidate will be customer-focused and able to successfully manage all facets of the proposal process under aggressive deadlines, including coordination, writing, editing/proofing, production, and quality control.

Specific Duties:

• Ensure adherence to instructions and deadlines in formal Requests for Proposals and Requests for Information • Providing quality assurance on formatting and content • Contributes introductory material to various proposal sections; crafts corporate information into customer-specific responses. • Assisting in the development of new solutions and proposal ideas • Managing production and distribution of documents • Maintaining proposal tracking database • Packaging for submission and delivery • Share and transfer of knowledge and skills associated with function with colleagues on an ongoing basis

* TECHNICAL/SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS*
